Weird Fish
Helping open their new store

We were delighted to be asked by the clothing company "Weird Fish" to help them open their new store in Tenby, Pembrokeshire, last Saturday. Although the weather forecast had been somewhat dubious for the day, it turned out to be a beautiful, sunny day. Lots of people strolling on the high street and we think we managed to entice quite a few to visit and investigate the range on offer. Of course, the offer of free cupcakes may have had something to do with it.
We sang for around three and a half hours and by the time we were packing up, both of us were getting a little hoarse. Still, we have a day to recover before our regular gig in the Waterloo Stores in Mumbles on Monday evening.
We do not charge for our performances, but ask for a donation to charity. This year is the 200th anniversary of the the RNLI and they are our chosen charity. We were very pleased with the generous donation that Weird Fish gave us to be passed on to the Mumbles RNLI.
We have been pretty busy performing over the last few weeks and have had to turn down some requests as we just cannot fit them in. Keep an eye on our events page to keep up to date with what we are up to.
